Our T-shirts are made from 100% premium cotton with a comfortable weight of 180gsm. They're soft, breathable, and perfect for everyday wear. The fabric is pre-shrunk to maintain its shape after washing.

We recommend checking our size guide on the product page. Our T-shirts follow standard Asian sizing. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Model measurements are available for reference.

To keep your Chromink T-shirt looking great: Wash inside out in cold water (30°C), use mild detergent, avoid bleach, tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, iron inside out if needed. This preserves the print quality and fabric.

We do offer custom design services for bulk orders (10+ pieces). Please contact us at apiwish.boon@gmail.com with your design ideas and requirements. We'll work with you to create unique Chromink designs for your team, event, or business.

We currently accept PromptPay payments, which is Thailand's most popular payment method. Simply scan the QR code with your mobile banking app to complete payment securely and instantly.

After placing your order, you'll see a PromptPay QR code. Open your mobile banking app (Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn, SCB, etc.), scan the QR code, enter the amount, and confirm payment. The payment goes directly to our account.

Yes! PromptPay uses bank-level security encryption. We never store your banking information. The payment is processed directly between your bank and ours through the secure PromptPay network.

If your payment fails, please check your internet connection and ensure you have sufficient funds. Try again with a fresh QR code. If issues persist, contact your bank or reach out to our customer support for assistance.

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International orders are shipped via Thailand Post with tracking. Contact us for specific shipping rates to your country.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the Thailand Post website or your respective national postal service for international orders.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom designs and sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

To exchange sizes, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for the exchange once we receive the original item. Size exchanges are subject to availability. You'll only need to pay shipping costs for the exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please inspect your item upon delivery.

Orders can be cancelled before payment confirmation. Once payment is received and production begins, cancellations may not be possible as our T-shirts are made to order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for orders of 10+ pieces. Bulk orders may take 7-14 days for production. Contact us at apiwish.boon@gmail.com with your requirements for a custom quote and timeline. We also offer customization services for bulk orders.

Currently, we operate online only to keep our prices affordable. This allows us to focus on quality and design rather than expensive retail overhead. However, we occasionally participate in pop-up events and markets in Bangkok.
